I empower teams to discover and use the strengths and potential of each person so that together they can be more successful.

I give teams tools to take away and somatic techniques to embody their learning so that long lasting change happens.

How often have you attended a training course only to go back to your day job and forget all about it? Taking a strengths-based approach to learning gives team members a new language to talk about their individual talents as well as tools to use in meetings, workshops and projects that will create stronger, more effective teams and produce better results.

A focus on strengths is also a focus on team engagement and wellbeing. Gallup research shows that people who use their strengths every day are six times as likely to be engaged in their jobs and three times as likely to report having an excellent quality of life.

Often training is only experienced from the head up and can easily be forgotten. Including the whole body in the learning helps to embed knowledge by using all the senses and creating stronger links between the mind and body.

From partnering with your organisation as a one-to-one and team coach, to running one-off strengths workshops or team wellbeing days, there are many ways I can help your team thrive.

I’m based in Lewes, East Sussex in the UK but happy to travel and work both remotely and in-person. To talk more about your team needs and how I can help book your free 30 minute consultation call.

  • “Sally is a coach at heart, bringing all her coaching skills, tools and techniques into our day-to-day work, and into leading the team. My colleagues and I truly felt that Sally cared about our individual development; it was important to her to know our strengths and how we planned to develop, and she looked to assign us with the projects that would best align with these.”

  • “Sally’s pace and style were fab – supportive but with challenge and push back when it counted – really liked her facilitating style. No death by powerpoint either which was good. She clearly knew our strengths reports really well and that was a great way to build trust with the team and create a safe space for people to be vocal in their sharing which I think was ace. It’s quite a skill as an external person to build that so quickly so that was fab!”

  • “Sally was also really attentive to our group conversation which was great as she was able to use the details, she gathered to probe us when we all came back together. I also think the strengths table is a useful visual of the capabilities of the team. I was pleasantly surprised that she seemed to remember all of our profiles and top strengths individually.”
